1. General Refund Principles

1.1. Service Completion and Success:

Our refund eligibility is based on the successful completion of each service as defined by specific confirmation criteria outlined in this policy. We measure success by whether the Service Provider has delivered the agreed-upon deliverables or achieved the specific outcome defined for each service.

1.2. Client Cooperation:

Refund eligibility is contingent upon the Client's full cooperation and adherence to all terms outlined in our Master Service Agreement. Clients must provide accurate, truthful information and comply with all instructions from the Service Provider.

1.3. Fraudulent Activity:

If a Client instructs the Service Provider to use fraudulent documents, provide false information, or engage in activities that violate Amazon's Terms of Service or applicable laws, the Client forfeits all refund eligibility, and the Service Provider may pursue additional remedies.

2. Refund Request Procedure

2.1. How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, the Client must submit a written request via email to [email protected] within 30 calendar days from the date the service is deemed unsuccessful according to the terms of this policy.

The refund request must include:

•Your full name and order/account number

•The name of the service for which you are requesting a refund

•A detailed explanation of why you believe the service was unsuccessful

•Any supporting documentation or evidence

2.2. Processing Timeline:

Once a refund request is received, we will review it within 5-7 business days. We will notify you via email of the approval or denial of your request.

2.3. Refund Method:

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

2.4. Refund Status:

3. Service-Specific Refund Terms

3.1. Services with Partial Refunds (50%)

These services are eligible for a 50% partial refund if the Service Provider fails to achieve the specified outcome after 4 compliant attempts.

Appeal Preparation & Consulting (Amazon Seller Account)

Service Description: A comprehensive service to unblock or unsuspend an Amazon Seller Account by preparing and submitting appeals, managing communication with Amazon, and executing a multi-level escalation strategy.

Success Criteria: An official letter from Amazon confirming that the account has been successfully reactivated or that selling privileges have been restored.

Refund Terms:

•Refund Amount: 50% partial refund

•Eligibility Condition: Refund is available if the account is NOT successfully reinstated after 4 compliant appeal submissions to Amazon

•Compliant Attempt Definition: An attempt is considered compliant when the Service Provider submits an appeal to Amazon. If you lack specific documents requested by Amazon, the Service Provider will attempt an alternative strategy based on available information; this submission counts as a compliant attempt.

•Timeline: Refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the 4th unsuccessful attempt

•Non-Refundable Portion: The remaining 50% of the fee is retained by the Service Provider as compensation for time, resources, and expertise invested

ASIN Reinstatement

Service Description: A service focused on unblocking a specific product listing (ASIN) that has been suspended or removed due to policy violations, complaints, or other issues.

Success Criteria: The specified ASIN is unblocked and the listing is restored to active selling status on Amazon.

Refund Terms:

•Refund Amount: 50% partial refund

•Eligibility Condition: Refund is available if the ASIN is NOT successfully reinstated after 4 compliant attempts

•Compliant Attempt Definition: An attempt is considered compliant when the Service Provider submits a reinstatement request to Amazon

•Timeline: Refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the 4th unsuccessful attempt

•Non-Refundable Portion: The remaining 50% of the fee is retained by the Service Provider

Consulting on Fund Disbursement Process

Service Description: A service to facilitate the withdrawal of funds held in a suspended or deactivated Amazon Seller Account when reinstatement is not pursued or has failed.

Success Criteria: The successful disbursement of your blocked funds from the Amazon account to your designated bank account.

Refund Terms:

•Refund Amount: 50% partial refund

•Eligibility Condition: Refund is available if funds are NOT successfully withdrawn after 4 compliant attempts

•Compliant Attempt Definition: An attempt is considered compliant when the Service Provider submits a fund disbursement request to Amazon or takes documented action toward fund withdrawal

•Timeline: Refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the 4th unsuccessful attempt

•Non-Refundable Portion: The remaining 50% of the fee is retained by the Service Provider

3.2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once delivered. These services are considered complete upon delivery of the specified deliverables, regardless of outcome or client satisfaction.

One Appeal Letter Reinstatement

Service Description: Drafting a single, customized professional appeal letter (Plan of Action - POA) for you to submit to Amazon in response to an account or ASIN suspension.

Success Criteria: Delivery of the complete appeal letter in the agreed-upon format (e.g., PDF).

Refund Terms:

•Refund Amount: Non-refundable

•Reason: The service is considered complete and successful upon delivery of the appeal letter. The outcome of your appeal to Amazon is entirely at Amazon's discretion and is not within the Service Provider's control. You are responsible for submitting the letter and following up with Amazon.

Video Verification Preparation

Service Description: A consultation service to prepare you for an Amazon video verification call, including providing a checklist of documents and a list of expected questions.

Success Criteria: Delivery of the video verification preparation materials (checklist, question list) to the Client.

Refund Terms:

•Refund Amount: Non-refundable

•Reason: The service is considered complete upon delivery of the preparation materials. Whether you successfully pass the video verification is dependent on your own performance during the call and Amazon's evaluation, which is outside the Service Provider's control.

30-Minute Consultation

Service Description: A one-on-one advisory session to provide professional answers and strategic advice on any aspect of your Amazon business.

Success Criteria: The completion of the scheduled 30-minute consultation call.

Refund Terms:

•Refund Amount: Non-refundable

•Reason: The service is considered complete upon the completion of the scheduled consultation call. The value and applicability of the advice provided is subjective and dependent on your specific situation. No refund is available for dissatisfaction with the advice or recommendations provided.

Listing Creation & Optimization

Service Description: Creating a new or optimizing an existing Amazon product listing with a focus on SEO, keyword ranking, and conversion rate.

Success Criteria: The direct implementation or optimization of the product listing within your Amazon Seller Central account.

Refund Terms:

•Refund Amount: Non-refundable

•Reason: The service is considered complete upon implementation or optimization of the listing. The success of your listing in terms of sales, ranking, or conversion rates depends on many external factors including market conditions, competition, and customer demand, which are outside the Service Provider's control. The Service Provider delivers the optimization; the market determines the results.

Amazon Business Blueprint (Basic/Elite)

Service Description: A strategic consulting report and plan for launching or scaling a business on Amazon, including cost analysis, competitor research, and financial forecasting.

Success Criteria: Delivery of the final Amazon Business Blueprint report in PDF or an equivalent document format.

Refund Terms:

•Refund Amount: Non-refundable

•Reason: The service is considered complete upon delivery of the comprehensive report. The value of the strategic recommendations and forecasts is subjective and depends on how you implement them. No refund is available for dissatisfaction with the recommendations or if the forecasted results do not materialize.

Amazon PPC Audit

Service Description: A one-time audit of your Amazon PPC advertising account to identify issues and provide recommendations.

Success Criteria: Delivery of the PPC audit report with findings and recommendations.

Refund Terms:

•Refund Amount: Non-refundable

•Reason: The service is considered complete upon delivery of the audit report. The implementation of recommendations and the resulting improvement in campaign performance depend on your execution and external market factors. No refund is available for dissatisfaction with the findings or if recommended changes do not produce expected results.

Amazon PPC Launch

Service Description: A service to set up and launch a new Amazon PPC advertising strategy from scratch, including campaign structure, keyword research, and initial optimization.

Success Criteria: The completion of the initial 30-day launch period and delivery of the final launch report.

Refund Terms:

•Refund Amount: Non-refundable

•Reason: The service is considered complete upon delivery of the launch report after the initial 30-day period. PPC campaign performance is subject to numerous variables including market conditions, competition, product quality, and pricing. The Service Provider delivers the initial setup and optimization; market performance is not guaranteed and depends on external factors.

Amazon PPC Launch & Optimization (Monthly)

Service Description: A comprehensive monthly service that includes the initial PPC launch followed by continuous weekly management and optimization of all ad campaigns.

Success Criteria: The completion of each monthly service period, confirmed by the delivery of a monthly performance report.

Refund Terms:

•Refund Amount: Non-refundable (Monthly subscription service)

•Reason: This is an ongoing monthly subscription service. Each month's service is considered complete upon delivery of the monthly performance report. While the Service Provider continuously optimizes your campaigns, the ultimate performance and ROI depend on market conditions, product quality, pricing, and other factors outside the Service Provider's control.

•Cancellation: You may cancel this service at any time with written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. No refunds are issued for partial months or for cancellation.

4. Special Circumstances and Exceptions

4.1. Service Abandonment:

If you cease communication with the Service Provider for more than 21 consecutive days without explanation, your service may be designated as abandoned and permanently canceled. In such cases, no refund is applicable, as the Service Provider has made a good-faith effort to complete the service.

4.2. Client Non-Compliance:

If you fail to provide requested information or documentation within 72 hours of the Service Provider's request, your service may lose priority processing and any associated service guarantees. This may affect refund eligibility.

4.3. Fraudulent or Illegal Activity:

If you instruct the Service Provider to use fraudulent documents, provide false information, or engage in activities that violate Amazon's Terms of Service or applicable laws, you forfeit all refund eligibility. The Service Provider may pursue additional legal remedies.

4.4. Direct Interference:

If you take direct action with Amazon or other relevant parties regarding your case while the Service Provider is actively working on it (unless expressly directed in writing to do so), you invalidate all failure, replacement, and refund protections provided under this policy.

5. Chargeback Policy

5.1. Agreement to Refund Policy as Primary Remedy:

You agree that the Refund Policy outlined in this document provides the primary and agreed-upon remedy for service outcomes. You agree to follow the refund request procedure outlined in Section 2 before seeking other remedies.

5.2. Prohibited Chargebacks:

You agree not to initiate a payment dispute or chargeback for:

•Services that are explicitly designated as "Non-refundable"

•The non-refundable portion of any partially refundable service (e.g., the 50% retained for "Appeal Preparation & Consulting")

•Any service while the agreed-upon number of attempts has not yet been exhausted

5.3. Consequences of Unauthorized Chargebacks:

Initiating a chargeback in breach of these conditions will be considered a material breach of the Master Service Agreement. The Service Provider reserves the right to pursue legal action and may pursue recovery of associated costs and damages.

5.4. Exception:

This policy does not prevent you from disputing a charge for a specific refund amount if the Service Provider fails to issue a refund for which you are eligible and have properly requested under the terms of this Refund Policy.
