On November 11, 2024, our client's Amazon seller account was unexpectedly deactivated due to a linked account violation. The issue stemmed from her husband's account, which had been deactivated just a few days earlier on November 8, 2024 — under allegations of selling counterfeit products.

However, there was a critical issue: the products they sold were 100% legitimate, and the suspension was based on an incorrect assumption.

The main challenge? The invoices and authorization letters for the products were issued under the wife's name, not the husband's. This meant that Amazon did not accept the documents as valid proof to reinstate his account. Phase 4: Successful Amazon Account Reinstatement

Finally, on January 30, 2025, Amazon reinstated the husband's account!

With this breakthrough, we immediately submitted a new appeal for the wife's account, citing the reinstatement of the original flagged account. Within five minutes, Amazon reactivated her account as well
